REGISTRATION / TRYOUT INFORMATION
*All divers must first be evaluated by our coaching staff prior to joining a class. Start by selecting FREE TRYOUT from our homepage. At your tryout, our coaches will evaluate and recommend an appropriate class taking into consideration, skill, experience, age and goals. You will then be required to REGISTER ONLINE before joining a class.

LESSONS:
All new divers start with our Lessons Program to make sure safety and diving fundamentals are solid. This program focuses on the mechanics of diving, learning the take-offs, hurdles, forward and back entries using both 1m and 3m. 1 Hour classes are offered on Sunday's.

HIGH SCHOOL / COLLEGE / MASTERS: (THIS CLASS WILL BE OFFERED AT CSU-PUEBLO WHEN WE HAVE MORE INTREST)
Flexible instruction based on your needs and goals! Open to divers in HS / College and beyond who have a dive list (at least 6 dives) and want to improve and perfect their technique. Our Coaching Staff will represent Thunderbird Divers at Local Invites, City Championships and State Championships when needed. We represent Cheyenne Mountain High School and several schools here in the Springs!
 
HS / COLLEGE - 2X WEEKLY
$260 monthly +  $200 Quarterly Team Fees
Practice up to 2 times per week and + 1 HOUR GYM WEEKLY
Designed for "seasonal" divers with an established dive list
 
HIGH SCHOOL DIVERS WANTING TO DIVE MONTHLY: $100 A WEEK = NO GYM. 
 
 
NOVICE COMPETITIVE TEAM: (THIS CLASS IS NOT AVAILABLE AT CSU-PUEBLO)
Placed by coach selection: These divers have a competition dive list and compete in about 4 meets per year. Novice team is a year round program and a one year minimum commitment. Focus on fundamentals, dryland, conditioning and more advanced dives are stressed in this class. Coaches teach competitive mindsets, developing courage and having fun while getting really good at diving!
 
Novice or Future Champions: ( 1.5 hours X 4 days a  week + GYM ) (By Coach Invitation ONLY)
$300 monthly + $1,200 Team Fee ($300 a quarter)
Practice up to 4 times per week plus about 3 weekend meets in our Region or out of Region - including Camps.
Practice/Team Commitment Agreement required. 
Attendance, Volunteer and Team Fee requirements, Requires USAD Membership
 
 
 
 
JR OLYMPIC COMPETITIVE TEAM (THIS CLASS IS AVAILABLE AT CSU-PUEBLO)
Placed by coach selection, our JO team travels and competes in some of the best pools in the country! These divers have a high level competition dive list, have made diving their #1 priority activity, work hard, maintain a 95% attendance record and travel to compete in 6-8 meets per year. This is a year round program and a one year minimum commitment is required. Focus on fundamentals, dryland, conditioning advanced dives is stressed in this class. Coaches teach competitive mindsets, developing courage and having fun while excelling at their chosen sport! 
 
JO TEAM (up to age 19)
$375 monthly + $1,200 Team Fee ($300 a quarter)
Practice up to 4 times per week plus up to 7 meets (Regionals, Zones and Nationals (AAU & USA DIVING EVENTS) and out of state travel - including Camps) +  4 HOURS A WEEK IN THE GYM
Practice/Team Commitment Agreement required
Attendance, Volunteer and Team Fee requirements, Requires USAD Membership
 
 
 
 
 
CANCELATION, SUSPENSION, REFUND, INJURY &  PRORATE POLICIES:
 
Membership Cancelation or Suspension: Thirty (30) day written notice is required when withdrawing from THUNDERBIRD DIVING. Withdrawing from our club should take place on the 1st of the month to avoid additional issues with billing.
 
Vacations, Camps & Activities: Divers will pay FULL monthly tuition during vacations, camps, school functions or participating in multiple sports. No Exceptions.
 
INJURIES: Divers with an injury causing time away from pool will pay 50% of tuition each month. Team Fees will still be charged each quarter. Doctors note required to return to practice.
 
Monthly Tuition and Quarterly Team Fees: All Tuition & QTF will be directed towards Paying the Coaches, Pool Rental Fees and all coaches traveling expenses for events within the year. 
 
Prorates & Credits: We regret that we are unable to prorate or carryover tuition or annual fees billed for any classes. Once fees are billed, if an athlete cannot participate in their scheduled practices for that week or month, those fees are forfeited. Further, we do not offer additional practice time, make-up practices, credits for future weeks/months, or any other form of rebate or credit. 
 
Practice Cancelations: Tuition rates have been calculated based on the understanding that there will be practice cancelations due to inclement weather, coach vacations (2 weeks in December and 2 weeks in late August/September) and other unavoidable situations. We strive to keep practice cancelations to a bare minimum, but must still pay for coaches and facility use even when practice is canceled. The CSU-PUEBLO CAMPUS can cancel at anytime with short notice. THUNDERBIRD DIVING will contact all coaches, athlete's and parents with an email at the time of cancelation.
